Enrichment sports require that you sign up for the sport in which you would like to participate.  You can access the forms for enrichment here.  This form needs to be filled out and returned to the office with your payment.  Additionally we require an emergency information form that must be filled out and given to the coach/teacher at the very first class.  You can access that form here.
