Payment Options

The District Nutrition Services Department uses a computerized meal accounting system. This system allows parents to deposit funds directly to their students account.

To make a secure Visa or MasterCard/Debit payment please go to www.mymealtime.com and register using your students 6 digit district ID number.  The 6 digit district ID number can be obtained by contacting the Nutrition Services office at (503) 673-7992. There is a small transaction fee to make credit card/debit card deposits.

There is no charge to set up an account and view the dates meals were obtained, or to check the balance on an account.

To make a cash or check payment to your students Primary or Middle School account, please send payment to the school office in an envelope clearly marked with your students full name and district ID number. Please make checks out to the school. At the high schools please deposit checks or cash into accounts via the cafeteria.

When paying by check you authorize the recovery of unpaid checks and the recovery of the state allowed fee by means of electronic re-presentation or by paper draft.
