West Linn High School has a reputation for being a quality school, a place where students can learn and be successful.  West Linn High School is a place where the adults who work with students have a strong sense of purpose and worth and bring a sense of wonder and enjoyment to their classrooms.  In our pursuit of excellence, we have crafted the following mission statement and vision themes to guide our work.

WLHS Mission Statement: West Linn High School is a place where all stakeholders, staff, students and parents are committed to excellence through development of academics, character and service. West Linn High School will be a place where we can learn, grow and dream together.

WLHS Vision Themes:
- Everyone can and should lead.
- Character is as important as intelligence.
- We all owe service/action in and with our community.
- We are all teachers and learners.
- Our goal is academic excellence and scholarship from a disciplined mind.

These fundamental beliefs will drive our decisions and goals as we move forward into our future. We hope that every member of the West Linn High School community will join us in helping to make West Linn High School the place we envision.
