Cable Channel 28 is a part of the Basic Cable TV package offered to most of the West Linn - Wilsonville Community by Comcast or Frontier. The channel is a part of the franchise agreements with each city and is provided as a public service by Comcast or Frontier.

The Channel's lineup of shows and information is managed by the school district's Information Technology Department.

The channel typically airs the most recent school board meetings along with a Readerboard of activities going on in the individual schools; plus a screen shot of every school's home web page.

Occasionally, the district will also air special events from around the district - graduation ceremonies, choir or band performances, and so on.

The Information Technology Department does not provide the recording services for any of these events and relies on the school staff to provide these recordings.
