Fall Registration and Athletic Clearance 2013
Wilsonville High School will host both student registration and Fall athletic clearance for currently enrolled students on August 15 (Seniors, Juniors) and August 16 (Sophomores, incoming Freshmen from WLWV middle schools). New students in all grades will register on August 14.
The Registration/Athletic Clearance information will be mailed to homes during the second week in July. Please notify Julie Etzel at 503-673-7604 if you have not received your mailing by August 1st.
Students will have their ID photos taken (August 15 and August 16 only), pay any fees/fines, clear for Fall sports and meet with their school counselor if they have a "See Counselor" on their schedule. For those who cannot attend Registration/Athletic Clearance, counselors will see students the first day of school for "See Counselor" schedule changes and we will have a picture makeup day on Wednesday, September 11th.
Please complete the following prior to Registration/Athletic Clearance Days:
- Update Student Data Verification information (found under Data Verification in the PASS system) before registration (except new students). Data changes are not updated immediately and can take several days to appear online. Click here to confirm your changes have been received.
- Return the fee sheet with payment by August 9, 2013. Check for outstanding fines or fees in the PASS system under Bookroom.
- If participating in a Fall sport, complete the necessary clearance forms and bring to Registration/Athletic Clearance Day.

Wednesday, August 14:
New Students Only: 8:30 am - 3 pm
Thursday, August 15:
Seniors: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Juniors: 12:00 pm - 3:00 p.m.
Friday, August 16:
Sophomores: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Freshman: 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
