Dr. Kathleen Ludwig has served as the Superintendent of the West Linn-Wilsonville School District since 2016. Dr. Ludwig served as the West Linn-Wilsonville School District’s Deputy Superintendent in 2015, and Assistant Superintendent from 2011-2014. She also served as Principal of Sunset Primary school for seven years prior to that. Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in education from the University of Oregon. Dr. Ludwig was named the 2020 Tom Ruhl Ally Award recipient by the Oregon Association for Latino Administrators. Dr. Ludwig’s work as superintendent in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District has focused on eliminating opportunity gaps while meeting the needs of all students.
