The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board reviewed the School Resource Officer Program during their Oct. 26 meeting. 

The Board appointed three new Long Range Planning Committee Members, reviewed the 2019 Q2 Quarterly Report, and reviewed the district's Operational Blueprint for Reentry. 

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board appointed its Board Chair and Vice Chair for the 2020-21 school year, accepted a Long Range Planning Committee Member resignation, and renewed the district's Transportation Contract among other important action items. 

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board adopted the 2020-21 Budget during their June 29 meeting. 

The Budget Committee approved the proposed budget during the June 22 meeting. The proposed budget will now go to the School Board for formal approval and adoption during the June 29 School Board Meeting.

The West Linn-Wilsonville School District received the 2020-21 Budget Message, received the proposed budget, and recognized Tim Woodley for his service to the district among other important business items. 

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board recognized the High School Senior Class of 2020, passed multiple policy updates, and took action on proposed staff furlough days among other items of business.

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board held a virtual meeting on Monday, April 6. Meeting highlights included an adjustment to the budget process timeline, more information about Distance Learning for All, and recognition of district staff during the extended school closure among other items of business. 

The Board approved two bond project contracts, provided direction for the Long Range Planning Committee, and received a COVID-19 update among other items of business. 

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board held a joint work session with the West Linn City Council, covering capital bond project updates, City transportation projects, and more. 

The School Board recognized school counselors, received information regarding the district's comprehensive suicide prevention plan, and approved two resolutions regarding the 2019 capital bond.

The School Board selected a construction management firm and two architecture firms for 2019 capital bond work, approved inter-district transfer parameters for 2020-21, and adopted a 2019-20 budget calendar among other important items of business.

The School Board welcomed the 2019-20 Student Reporters, heard from WLHS students regarding updates to reporting procedures, and passed updated OSBA-recommended policies among other items of business.

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board welcomed new principals to the District, adopted updated goals for the 2019-20 school year, and looked ahead to important upcoming events among other items of business. 

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board welcomed Christy Thompson and Chelsea King Martin with their official swearing in, approved several OSBA-recommended policy updates, and adopted their 2019-20 Board Meeting Calendar among other business.

Of note, the Board adopted the 2019-20 budget, approved Part 2 of the District's Long Range Plan ahead of a potential capital bond, and adopted ballot language for the District's Local Option Levy Renewal ahead of the November 2019 Election among other news and notes.

During its May 6 meeting, the West Linn-Wilsonville School Board Celebrated National Teacher Appreciation Week, approved a contract to install lighting at the Wilsonville High School softball field, and learned about positive classrooms and social-emotional learning in the District among other important business.

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board approved school calendars for the 2019-20 and 2020-21 school years, received the results of the district's 2018-19 audit report, and completed a first reading of the updated 2019 Long Range Plan and Capital Improvement Program among other news and notes.

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board approved the 2019-20 budget calendar, opened two Budget Committee positions, and gathered community feedback regarding Health and Wellness curriculum during the Dec. 3 public meeting.

Among other highlights, the West Linn-Wilsonville School Board appointed four members to the Long Range Planning Committee, selected its Chair and Vice Chair for the 2018-19 school year, and accepted a $100,000 donation from the Education Foundation during Monday's meeting.

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board held a public meeting on June 11, approving the 2018-19 budget, discussing the district's Integrated Pest Management Plan, and approving a construction contract for the renovation of a safe and secure entry at West Linn High School among other news and notes.

Superintendent Kathy Ludwig read the 2018-19 proposed budget to kick off the budget process, the Board thanked teachers in recognition of Teacher Appreciation Week, and four Long Range Planning Committee Positions were declared open with terms starting July 1 among other news and notes.

Of note, the Board received a Safety and Security Presentation from the District Safety Leadership Team, opened a vacancy for the District's Budget Committee, reviewed a District Financial Audit, and recognized WLWV Classified Staff among other news and notes.

The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board approved the 2018-19 calendar, voted NOT to open for open enrollment in 2018-19, and approved a construction contract to replace the turf on West Linn and Wilsonville high schools' baseball fields.
