Paperless Opt-Out Agreement

As of March 19th, 2012, the Student Services Department will move to a electronic paperwork process. We will start emailing your child's special education paperwork to your email address that the school has on file.

We will no longer mail special education paperwork coming from the Student Services Office to your mailing address.

You do have the option to opt-out of this process. If you prefer to receive a paper copy of your child's special education paperwork, please continue on with this form.
