2026-27 Registration Information

With schools and families preparing for the 2026-27 school year, we know that before and after-school childcare is something that many families utilize across the district. Please find childcare registration information for your school in this message or on the district website.

Childcare providers will contact families who register with more information in the coming weeks. All WLWV after-school childcare providers are working to increase staffing levels as needed to accommodate family demand. Thank you for your attention to this childcare update.

Boeckman Creek Primary: Club K After School Zone

Club K serves as the after-school childcare provider at Boeckman Creek Primary. Club K plans to begin enrollment for the 2026-27 school year on April 10. New Families can secure their child’s spot in the meantime by registering through Club K’s website.

Currently Enrolled Families can complete Pre-Registration through the ChildPilot App. Select your child’s schedule early to ensure you secure the days you need. Monthly rate sheets are available in the Documents Section of the ChildPilot App. Message Club K through ChildPilot with any questions.

Boones Ferry Primary: Club K After School Zone

Club K serves as the after-school childcare provider at Boones Ferry Primary. Club K plans to begin enrollment for the 2026-27 school year on April 10. New Families can secure their child’s spot in the meantime by registering through Club K’s website.

Cedaroak Park Primary: Champions

Champions serves as the after-school childcare provider at Cedaroak Park Primary. Champions will begin enrollment for the 2026-27 school year for after-school childcare on March 24, 2026 beginning at 9 a.m.

Champions’ goal is to provide childcare to as many interested families as possible. Please apply as soon as possible to give Champions time to hire staffing for the coming school year. If you have questions about Champions after-school childcare, please contact them directly.

Frog Pond Primary: TBD

Frog Pond Primary is in the process of selecting a childcare provider for the 2026-27 school year. Parent-guardians will be notified once a provider has been selected with information about registration for next school year.

Lowrie Primary: Champions

Champions serves as the after-school childcare provider at Lowrie Primary. Champions will begin enrollment for the 2026-27 school year for after-school childcare on March 24, 2026 beginning at 9 a.m.

Sunset Primary: Champions

Champions serves as the after-school childcare provider at Sunset Primary. Champions will begin enrollment for the 2026-27 school year for after-school childcare on March 24, 2026 beginning at 9 a.m.

Trillium Creek Primary: YMCA

YMCA serves as the after-school childcare provider at Trillium Creek Primary. YMCA is currently in the process of finalizing rates for the 2026-27 school year and is planning to open registration in mid-May. Trillium Creek families will receive more information about 2026-27 registration as details are finalized.

Willamette Primary: YMCA

YMCA serves as the after-school childcare provider at Willamette Primary. Willamette is currently in the process of finalizing rates for the 2026-27 school year and is planning to open registration in mid-May.
