How to Claim Your Adobe License

If you see an error like “You’ve reached your device activation limit”“Not licensed”, or “Limited access to features”, it usually means you need to activate your Adobe license.

Follow these steps:

  1. Search your computer for the "Adobe Creative Cloud" app and launch it.Windows start menu with Adobe Creative Cloud highlighted
  2. Sign in with your School Google account.

3, In the Creative Cloud app, you’ll see a list of Adobe products. Click Request Access next to any product.
(This will grant you a license for all Adobe products.)

4. A pop-up will appear while your request is processed. After a few seconds, you should see confirmation.

5. You can now use your Adobe app or install others from the Creative Cloud app.

Note:

  • Staff only need to do this once.
  • Students must claim their license each year.
