    Wellness I
    Wellness I - Wellness is a course in which the students participate in alternating units of Health and Physical Education. Physical fitness, team sports, individual sports, and life-long recreational activities are taught in Physical Education. Health topics include heart health, nutrition, infectious disease, environmental health and 7 habits of healthy teens.

    Students must pass both the physical education and health education section to receive credit. Appropriate PE clothing is required.

    Wellness II
    Wellness II - Wellness is a course in which the students participate in alternating units of Health and Physical Education. Physical fitness, team sports, individual sports, and life-long recreational activities are taught in physical education. Health topics include 1st aid/safety, body systems and consumer health.

    Students must pass both the physical education and health education section to receive credit. Appropriate PE clothing is required.

    Personal Fitness
    This Physical Education course is one semester. We do activities off campus so it is required of all students to have a permission slip to do this. It is required to dress down and participate.
