    April 17 - April 20, 2018 
    The Outdoor School Informational Parent Night is Wednesday, March 21 in the RRMS Commons from 6-7pm!

    The Outdoor School Registration Packets are due Wednesday, April 4th OR Friday, April 6th.  Please fill out the registration packet, attach your payment, and send it to school with your child on either one of the drop off dates. Your 6th grade student should have recieved a pink Outdoor School Registration Packet on Monday, March 19th. If not, your child can pick one up from their advisory teacher or you can click below for the links.

    1) Registration Packet: Click here for the Outdoor School Registration Packet  (This packet must be turned in by your child on the morning of April 4th or April 6th.

    2) Medication Authorization Form: Click here for the ODS Medication Authorization Form   (This form only needs to be filled out if your child will be taking medication while at camp; this form will be turned in with your child's medication at the medication drop on on Monday, April 16th from 8:15-9:00am or 5:00-6:30pm in the RRMS Health Room (in the office).

    3) Camp Collins information, emergency contacts, and packing list: Click here for Camp Collins Info and Packing List (This form is for you to keep for your own records.)

    4) The required fee for Outdoor School is $155. You you will need a partial scholorship application (which brings the cost down to $80), please pick one up from the RRMS office. The scholarship must be approved before the April 6th deadline.  


    Important Outdoor School Dates

    Registration Packet and Payment: Wednesday, April 4th and Friday, April 6th from 9:00-9:15am  (Students will bring packet/payment to school on either day and turn in to parent volunteers outside of classrooms in the morning before first period.)

    Luggage Drop Off: Monday, April 16th – 5:00-6:30pm in RRMS Commons    (Remember to pack your sleeping bag/pillow and luggage inside garbage bags that are CLEARLY LABELED with your name and the name of your conference teacher.)

    Medication Drop OffIn the RRMS Health Room inside the office on Monday, April 16th from 8:15-9:00am or 5:00-6:30pm  (All medication must be delivered by a parent/guardian in official pharmacy or manufacturer packaging. Please only send the amount your child will need during ODS.)

    DepartureTuesday, April 17th – Arrive at RRMS between 8:45 and 9:00am (buses leave at 9:15am sharp! Dress warm, bring a small backpack with water bottle and rain jacket, and wear waterproof shoes.)

    Coming HomeFriday, April 20th between 1 and 2pm- we will keep parents updated about the specific time on RRMS website (Students do not stay for the rest of the school day; your child and their luggage/medication must be picked up upon arrival.)
