  2025-2026 Board Goals

The Board adopts short-term goals that align with West Linn-Wilsonville School District Goals.

As a Board we have established District Goals to:

1. 1. Together, we will focus on safety and financial sustainability by supporting and passing the Capital Bond. The budget process and Budget Committee engagement will start earlier in the school year and continue throughout the school year.      
   2. Together, we will examine the efficacy of our inclusion model and plan for its future by analyzing student data and budgetary spending while gathering feedback from students, families, and staff. 
   3. Together, we will continue to monitor the progress of student achievement through the District Integrated Plan, school work plans, school visits, a board work session, and quarterly board reports.
   4. Together, we will engage in strategic planning for school facilities and programs by assessing the needs of our students, families, and staff and analyzing current and projected population and demographic data.
   5. Together, we will research, create, and potentially implement representative board positions with the assistance of the Oregon School Board Association (OSBA).
