- The General Contractor mobilized to the site in January. General site clearing occurred in January, allowing for general excavation.
- The excavation to lower the site is underway.
- A temporary road off Willamette Falls Drive has been built to allow major construction traffic access and keep larger vehicles off Dollar Street as much as possible.
- A secondary access road has been built off Dollar Street, but the primary construction vehicle access is off Willamette Falls drive.
- The Contractor is preparing a new staging and onsite parking area and will reduce contractor parking along the street.
- The construction hours are required to align with the City Noise Ordinance. The times noted are in the City Municipal Code.
