• PHYSICALS

    Be sure your physical is still current by looking at https://www.registermyathlete.com/login/.  Physical Forms can be found if you click here. OSAA Physical Form. Physicals must be conducted by your physician prior to clearance, or before you can participate in any manner.  Only the OSAA Sports Physical Form is accepted.  Physicals are good for 2 years from the date of the exam.     ELIGIBILITY

    ALL STUDENTS who may compete in athletics/activities must be enrolled in and pass a total of 5 classes (not including Life Class), even as a senior, and on track to graduate. Please contact the Athletic Director if there are questions concerning eligibility.   

    FEES - The 2024-25 participation fee for a sport or activity will be listed in the Webstore.  

    You can pay at high school, or via on-line Web Store.  We believe everyone should have an opportunity to participate in athletics and activities.To apply for funding assistance please complete the Family Income Confirmation Form.
