Computer and Internet Use

  • Students and staff must use technology in school according to the ATHS Technology Use Agreement.

    Facebook, YouTube, Tumblr and other websites pose a potential disruption to the educational process and will not be used on campus except during lunchtime. These sites are often serve as a venue for cyberbullying and aggressive language. These website must be "off and away" at all times except during the lunchtime during school or if being used for an appropriate, teacher-approved, school-related task. The student will lose technology privileges when using these sites in the classroom. A parent meeting will be scheduled at the second occurrence.
