Dear Students and Parents:

** Please DO NOT send checks until confirmation notices are sent out via email.  This will eliminate having to reissue checks because a student did not get in a class or was canceled due to low enrollment. All checks should be made out to Stafford Primary School.

 

1.     Please indicate your child’s class choices on the registration form and we will do our best to honor the request. If a child again registers for a class he/she did not get into last term, priority will be given to that student’s registration. Please make that notation on your registration form under "comments".

  

2.     In classes where students are limited, a lottery will be held to determine class enrollment.  Even if previous registrations exceed the maximum class size, please continue to register, as classes will be determined by lottery, not on a first come first served basis. Scholarships are available if necessary. 

 

3.     Students will receive a note of confirmation by January 20th for all classes they are enrolled in. Please keep the schedule of classes for your reference.

 

ATTENTION:            New safety procedures at Stafford require that parents meet students at the enrichment classrooms. Students are not permitted to wait or meet parents outside of the building.
