With his wife and two kids, Dr. Brodell likes doing puzzles, riding bikes, camping, and swimming. He also likes to draw, build model airplanes, and do woodworking. He collects Hot Wheels, stamps, coins, and good books. 

When he was a kid, he wanted to be a pilot, a soldier, a police officer, an astronaut, an explorer, a firefighter, and a construction worker.
