■    Drive loop complete
■    Window installation nearing completion
■    Stage wood floor installation is complete

■    Installation of acoustical treatments final install waiting on manufacturing delays
■    Completion of site plantings to continue
■    Black Box Theater conversion to CTE space to occur over the summer
