Recent Activities:
■    Phase 4, which includes the Black Box and old theater conversion to CTE spaces are nearing completion

Tour the brand-new Performing Arts Center at Wilsonville High School. Check out the massive stage, impressive lighting, and behind the scenes working spaces that will help our students get a jump start on their dreams of turning the passion of theater into a career.

Recent Activities:
■  Phase 4 is underway, which includes the Black Box and old theater conversion to CTE spaces
■    Old auditorium in-fill is complete and structural work is underway
■    Theater rigging sytems inspections have been completed
■    Required firewall work is currently underway
■    Electrical rough in has started in teh new CTE spaces
■    Final accoustical treatments have been installed
■    Roof repairs have begun
■    Final site plantings are underway

■    Mechanical rough-in in the CTE space
■    Stud framing work to begin on the new interior walls for the new CTE and Black Box spaces
■    Installation of exterior building signage
■    Additional mechanical screen wall work
■    Existing exterior wall corrective work
■    Final site work

The WHS Auditorium Addition and WHS renovation project has reached another significant milestone: TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy).  As such, the school programs have moved into the new space allowing Todd Construction to begin phase 4; the renovation of existing space into the new Black Box theatre and CTE spaces. 

The move into the new space provided the additional benefit of hosting three events in the space this last week. This has provided the staff and students the opportunity to start learning the new systems and start the process of performance testing the new performance venue with a “soft open”.   

The project team is excited to welcome the public on a larger scale next fall when the entire PAC is anticipated to be completed.  Please stay tuned this summer for the Fall Grand Opening celebration announcements

The WHS Auditorium Addition and WHS renovation project has reached a significant milestone. Though the building is still closed as we continue to work on the finishes inside the building, the site fencing is coming down which means that the North and South plazas are now open, the north parking lot is open along with the the new site connector road along the west side of the new addition.

Please take extra caution as everyone is experiencing new site traffic patterns. Please observe all traffic control signage on site and be aware the pedestrian traffic will change due to the additional options on the site.

The project team welcomes you to use the new site facilities and is excited to be getting closer to starting the next and final phase of the project.
