Please keep children at home if they are ill!

Germs spread very quickly in a classroom setting. Children should be fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to school.

We do not have a school nurse on duty daily at Willamette. We do, however, take children's temperatures and bandage minor cuts and scrapes when necessary. We will phone parents at the numbers we have on file from your child's emergency contact card if your child needs additional care, or if it is an emergency situation. Please make sure we have current contact phone numbers for you.
