Fall Sports Clearance - There is a mandatory "on-line" pre-registration AND a mandatory "in person" final registration ...YOU MUST DO BOTH. The "in person" registration is on Aug. 15 at 11am in the main office at Wilsonville high school. The purpose of the "in person" follow up registration is to verify you have entered all information correctly and that you have all proper documentation submitted. If you have submitted the correct information during the on-line process, then the "in person" verification will go fairly quickly.
*Sports clearance information can be found on the Athletic Clearance page(though fall registration specifics may not be posted until early/mid summer) You must be cleared PRIOR to participating in any tryout or practice. First day of tryouts is on Monday August 19th. Late arrivals to tryouts may risk not getting a spot on a team...please register the week before tryouts on-line AND in person.
2019 Summer Waiver - This form is needed for summer activities clearance ONLY. This is not a form to be used for FALL SPORTS CLEARANCE.
2019 Summer Training Calendar - This calendar shows training opportunities during the summer months, including our 3 week conditioning camp. Please note that there is one Moratorium Week from July 28th through August 3rd when there will be no organized events for any OSAA activities(including soccer).
