    At Wilsonville High School, we believe in the value of co-curricular activities and encourage 100% participation by our student body. To that end, we believe that economic situations should not be a barrier. Please contact Dennis Burke for a confidential conversation at 503-673-7630. 

    ASB MEMBERSHIP/ID Card: $45 - FOR ALL STUDENTS.  The ASB supports student activities, clubs, assemblies, and enhancement opportunities for WHS students.  A student ID card with an ASB designation also allows free admission to all regular-season, home athletic competitions and gives a discount on dance prices.  Don’t forget to pick up your card before you leave on Picture Day!

    DISTRICT ACTIVITY FEE: $100  We encourage all students to participate in activities. These activities include drama, cheer and dance team.  

    DISTRICT ATHLETIC FEE: $100.00 per sport.  All District sports require this fee (club sports such as Equestrian, Ski and Snowboarding will determine their own fees.).  

    FAMILY ATHLETIC PASS$50 per season. Passes cover entry into all Fall or Winter regular season, home athletic competitions (not applicable for playoff or endowment games). Passes are limited to immediate household members only (two adults and their own school- age children).  You can pay for your pass now and pick it up at the entry gate.

    PARKING: Students who are granted a parking spot will be notified of their parking number. At that time they can pay the $40.00 fee.

    AP COURSE FEE:  Students enrolled in AP classes are required to take AP exams in the spring. AP exam fees will be charged in February and will automatically be applied to student accounts

    2021-2022 YEARBOOK: $55   The price will be $60 after December 1.  We encourage you to reserve a copy now, and make sure you get a beautiful yearbook in June!  Yearbooks not pre-ordered by March 1, will be available in June while supply lasts.

    OUTSTANDING FEES & FINES:  Please check your student’s account online via the FamilyLink System.  Fees marked in (parenthesis) are credits on account — please subtract this amount from your total payment.  Do not include lunch balances.   Lunch balances must be paid to the cafeteria during school hours, or mailed to the District Nutrition Services Department, 2755 SW Borland Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062.

    LOST BOOK/EQUIPMENT/PARTICIPATION FEES:  Please reconcile all fees prior to participation in Athletics/Activities. Your student is responsible for each book and piece of equipment checked out to them.  We charge for lost and damaged textbooks, lost uniforms, lost electronics, and overdue library items. Economic barriers should not be a barrier to participation. Please submit requests in writing to the bookkeeper:
