  • Local Scholarships  

    Luiten-Goodwin Scholarship: Scholarships worth up to $3,000 each will be awarded to two graduating seniors who are children of immigrants or first generation college students. Students must have a 3.25 GPA and be planning to study in the STEM field at an Oregon public university. Priority will be given to those with financial need.  Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.

    United Methodist Church Fine & Performing Arts Scholarship: One $750 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who has participated in visual or performing arts during their high school years. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    Wilsonville Lions' Club Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who has contributed to their school or community through community service. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    WYS John Walls Memorial Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who has contributed to sports in the Wilsonville community or in Wilsonville Youth Sports. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    Colton Holly Memorial Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors.  Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be an active participant in school athletics. Priority given to students with economic need. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    Music & Arts Partners Scholarship: MAP offers scholarships to graduating seniors at all three West Linn-Wilsonville high schools.  Applicants must have participated in visual or performing arts during their high school years. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    WHS Booster Club Scholarship: The WHS Booster Club offers twelve $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors of Wilsonville High School.  This scholarship requires a minimum GPA of 2.5. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    Wilsonville Rotary Club Scholarship:  Wilsonville Rotary Club offers three $2,500 scholarships to graduating seniors from Wilsonville High School. All college bound seniors with a GPA of 3.0 should consider applying for this scholarship! Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    Express Scholarship of Opportunity: Express Employment Professionals of West Tualatin is offering one $1,000 scholarship to a WHS graduating senior who has succeeded despite hardships and has maintained a 3.0 GPA and has had excellent attendance. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter. 

    Willamette United Football Club Scholarship: WUFC will award two $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors who have played soccer with Willamette United Football (Soccer) Club for at least five years, and who have maintained a 3.0 GPA in high school.  Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    Clackamas Community College Foundation Scholarships:  CCC awards more than $500,000 annually in scholarships to local students who will attend CCC in the fall. The application requires an essay, and three WHS students are guaranteed to receive awards specifically for our students. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter. .

    Superintendent's Scholarship The WLWV School Superintendent, Dr. Kathy Ludwig, awards scholarships to students at all three district high schools.  Awards are worth varying amounts.  Student must be planning on attending college during the 2022-2023 school year. Extra weight will be given to first generation college students and those who are historically underrepresented. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    Senestraro Family Orthodontics Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior at Wilsonville High School who plans to study for a career in dental studies. Application for the class of 2023 will become available in late winter.  

    All local community scholarships are awarded at our annual Senior Awards Night during graduation week.  More information will be available as we get closer to June.

    Naviance — Students and parents can find a database of scholarships received by WHS.  This list is maintained by the College & Career Center and is updated frequently.

    Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) – Complete one application for many different scholarships exclusively for residents of  the state of Oregon.

    • Application opens on November 1 each year.
    • Early Bird Deadline (for drawing to win $1,000 OSAC Scholarship): February 15, 5:00 p.m.
    • Final Deadline: March 1, 5:00  p.m.
