    3/18/20 Update from Mrs. Tucker:

    Since we are now scheduled to be out of school until the end of April, all scholarships that are due to me will now be due on April 10.  As the date gets closer, I will let you know when and where you can drop off applications to me. If you are unable to meet me on the 10th, you and I will work out a time and place to meet. 

    If you need a copy of your transcript, please let me know and I will it email to you. Official or unofficial, all the same now!!
    If you need letters of recommendation from teachers, please email the teacher ASAP to request those. Ask them to email their letters to me by April 10. If a teacher is unable to meet your request, please email me so that we can problem solve.  

    The Willamette United Football Club Scholarship still due to them on April 15.  The Clackamas Community College Foundation Scholarships deadline has been extended to April 30 (see below).

    The Luiten-Goodwin Scholarship:  Two $5,000 scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors who are the children of immigrants. Students must have a 3.25 GPA, be planning on attending a Oregon public university (four year), and plan to study a STEM field. Financial need will also be considered.  Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on March 13, 2020.

    WYS John Walls Memorial ScholarshipOne $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who has contributed to sports in the Wilsonville community or in Wilsonville Youth Sports. Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 15, 2020.

    Wilsonville United Methodist Church Fine & Performing Arts Scholarship: One $750 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who has been active in the arts. Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 3, 2020.

    The Colton Holly Memorial Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors.  Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be an active participant in school athletics. Priority given to students with economic need. Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 30, 2020.

    Music & Arts Partners Scholarship: MAP offers scholarships to graduating seniors at all three West Linn-Wilsonville high schools.  Applicants must have participated in visual or performing arts during their high school years. Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 8, 2020.

    WHS Booster Club Scholarship: The WHS Booster Club offers twelve $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors of Wilsonville High School.  This scholarship requires a minimum GPA of 2.5. Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:15 pm on April 10, 2020.

    Wilsonville Rotary Club:  Wilsonville Rotary Club offers three $2,500 scholarships to graduating seniors from Wilsonville High School. All college bound seniors with a GPA of 3.0 should consider applying for this scholarship! Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 7, 2020.

    Wilsonville Basketball AssociationThe Wilsonville Basketball Association (WBA) will award two $1,000 college scholarships to  WHS graduating seniors (one to a girl and one to a boy). Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and must have contributed to the game of basketball within the Wilsonville community either through WBA, Wood Middle School, Athey Creek Middle School, or Wilsonville High School.  Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 7, 2020.

    Express Scholarship of Opportunity: Express Employment Professionals of West Tualatin is offering one $1,000 scholarship to a WHS graduating senior who has succeeded despite hardships and has maintained a 3.0 GPA and has had excellent attendance. Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 10, 2020.

    Willamette United Football Club Scholarship: WUFC will award two $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors who have played soccer with Willamette United Football (Soccer) Club for at least five years, and who have maintained a 3.0 GPA in high school.  Application is due via email to the WUFC email included on the application by April 15, 2020.

    Clackamas Community College Foundation Scholarships:  CCC awards more than $500,000 annually in scholarships to local students who will attend CCC in the fall. The application requires an essay, and three WHS students are guaranteed to receive awards specifically for our students. This applicationis now open and has a deadline of April 30, 2020.

    Superintendent's Scholarship The WLWV School Superintendent, Dr. Kathy Ludwig, awards scholarships to students at all three district high schools.  Depending on the number of applicants chosen, awards are worth $1,000-$2,000 each.  Application is now open and must be turned into the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 6, 2020.

    Wilsonville Lions' Club: One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior in recognition of their service to Wilsonville High School and their community.  Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 3, 2020.

    Senestraro Family Orthodontics Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior at Wilsonville High School who plans to study for a career in dental studies.  Application is now open and must be turned in to the College & Career Center by 3:00 p.m. on April 10, 2020.

    All local community scholarships are awarded at our annual Senior Awards Night.  All graduating seniors and their families are strongly encouraged to attend this event.

    Naviance — Students and parents can find a database of scholarships received by WHS.  This list is maintained by the College & Career Center and is updated frequently.

    Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) – Complete one application for many different scholarships exclusively for residents of  the state of Oregon. Application is now open.

    • Application opens on November 1 each year.
    • Early Bird Deadline (for drawing to win $1,000 OSAC Scholarship): February 18, 2020, 5:00 p.m.
    • Final Deadline: March 2, 2020, 5:00  p.m.
