Add/Update Your 1980 Listing Business owner
I have been married for 28 years and have had five boys and a girl. I spent the first 18 years as a stay at home mom and helping my husband with various business adventures. I have owned a cleaning business for the past 11 years and have met some very interesting people. I have done fundraising for the CF Foundation and NAMI (Nationl Alliance for the Mentally Ill). Two of our boys have cystic fibrosis and we lost our oldest son to mental illness in 2002. Our kids have had some of the same teachers we did. Mr. Hoss is still alive and teaching. He now has my 5th son in class.
Favorite memory: My favorite high school memories are being the only girl to travel with the varsity football team trying to do stats. Dating a teacher and working at the Boni-Linn.
I cherish the lasting friendships I made at West Linn High.

Favorite memory: Well, it was kind of like "That Seventies Show," wasn't it? :)
I was in the school district grades 1-11. Sorry I didn't get to graduate with everyone I grew up with, but it worked out for the best. I moved back to Colorado, where my all family is from.

College Chemistry Instructor
I attended Oregon State University with absolutely no idea why. I finished with a degree in chemistry. While there I met my wife-to-be. Unsure what to do, I worked for a bit at a jewelry store, a beer distributor (no surprise, is it?), and finally in a biochemistry lab synthesizing antimalarial and anti HIV/AIDS compounds. The lab closed so I went to grad school. Finished a Ph.D program in chemistry and have been teaching ever since. My wife and I live near the "old Thriftway store" with our son (b. 1993) and daughter (b. 1998).
Favorite memory: My favorite memories include making very good friendships with classmates and a few teachers. I recall with great fondness playing football and carrying on (perhaps a bit too much) on the weekends.

With my Masters degree in Management, I am responsible for the operation of two Ambulatory Surgery centers. We spend our free time golfing, traveling and enjoying fine wine.

Project manager
I am married (20 years this past June) to a wonderful man, also an alumnus of West Linn High School, David Hendrick (class of '83). We have two children, Justin age 25 and Carter 19. I am so excited for our oldest as he will be graduating from U of O this winter with a BA in Political Science. Our youngest is starting Community College in the fall. Family is very important to me and I have spent most of my adult life working part time so that I could raise our children. I have worked part time as a Project manager for Christ Lutheran Church for the past 8 years. David and I love the outdoors and live on a seven acre farm in Aurora where we have five acres of filberts, horses, an English Bulldog we adopted a few years ago, and a cat named Jack. I love hiking, horseback riding and pretty much anything that keeps me outside! I just celebrated my 49th birthday and am very thankful for the life that I have had thus far. I feel very blessed.
I loved AP History with Mr. Hunt. He was such a great teacher. I loved my ceramics class with Mrs. Martin. Friday night football games were a lot of fun. One of my most memorable moments was in Chemistry Lab with my friend Renee' Bagley. We were at the Bunsen burner working on some chemistry assignment when Renee' leaned forward and her hair caught on fire! Thankfully we were able to get it out quickly and all was well. We laughed a lot about that. The best memories I have involve lots of laughter!
