Required Registration Documents

    • Proof of Residency. New students must be living in the West Linn Attendance Boundary at time of enrollment. 
    • Copy of Immunization Records
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Transcripts from previous school
    • Copy of 504 or IEP (if applicable)
    • Custodial Documentation (if applicable)
