May Day 1933
Queen Paula I
Maid of Honor: Martha Davis, Maids: Marion Emmott, Lillian Graham, Lucille Young, Alice Nelson, Edith Gross and Nellie Wallace.
The coronation took place in the gym. The Band played as the Queen and her attendants ascended the throne where the Student Body President, Don Rawlins, crowned her Queen Paula I, and presented her with the royal scepter.
After the coronation a track meet was held for the pleasure of the grammar schools.
This was a May Day never to be forgotten and a May Queen of whom the class of '33 shall be proud.
