• PHYSICALS

    Be sure your physical is still current by looking at https://www.registermyathlete.com/login/.  Physical Forms can be found if you click here. OSAA Physical Form. Physicals must be conducted by your physician prior to clearance, or before you can participate in any manner.  Only the OSAA Sports Physical Form is accepted.  Physicals are good for 2 years from the date of the exam.     FEES - The 2023-24 participation fee for a sport or activity will be listed on the Webstore.  This includes activities: cheerleading and dance team.  

    You can pay at high school, or via on-line Web Store.  We believe everyone should have an opportunity to participate in athletics and activities. Please let us know if you need assistance due to financial challenges. Financial support may include a payment plan, or possibly a discounted rate, or a waiver of fees. 

    Students on Free/Reduced Lunch are waived the Athletic/Activity Fee.  You will need to complete the annual Free & Reduced Application. 

    (Equestrian, Skiing, Snowboarding, Trap Team do not pay the WLHS Athletic/Activity fee.  Pay program fees directly to the program.  Go to our Team Directory for a full list of sports/activites by season.  

    ELIGIBILITY

    ALL STUDENTS who may compete in athletics/activities must be enrolled in and pass a total of 5 classes, even as a senior, and on track to graduate. Please contact the Athletic Director if there are questions concerning eligibility.    

    INSURANCE  

    The safety of our students is of critical importance.  Even so, accidents do happen, at school and elsewhere, and required medical care can be expensive.  Please know that your school does not assume responsibility for such costs, but does offer access to several student accident insurance plans for voluntary purchase.  To learn more about those options available to families, including how to enroll, please visit the district website.
