    Submit your HelpCounter application now.

With more than 9,000 students, West Linn-Wilsonville is a growing school district with many ways to volunteer in schools. We greatly appreciate all our volunteers do for our schools. Our generous and supportive volunteer community plays a vital role in the current and future success of our students, and staff and administration greatly thank you for your valuable time and effort.

In an effort to increase safety and security for all West Linn-Wilsonville students, in August 2017, the District launched an updated process for volunteer registration and sign-in, which better monitors exactly who is working in WLWV schools. The system is implemented in a district-wide fashion.

To register, simply visit http://www.helpcounter.net/wlwv and click 'Start' to fill out your application. When you register, you will select the schools you would like to volunteer in. You will receive an email when you have been approved, but the application approval process could take several days. Once the application is approved and cleared, volunteers are asked to go back into helpcounter and create a profile. Through helpcounter, volunteers will be able to update personal information as well as view and sign-up for open volunteer needs.

If you ever want to add a new school to the list of schools that you want to volunteer in, you should simply fill out the application again being sure to select ALL schools that apply. This will particularly occur as children move from primary school to middle school, or from middle school to high school. Note that until you re-apply and the application is re-approved, you will not be allowed to volunteer at the new locations.

The first time that you sign-in to volunteer at any WLWV school you will also be prompted to accept a Volunteer Agreement. Volunteering in WLWV schools is an extremely rewarding experience and it is greatly appreciated by both staff and students. Thank you for all that you do!
