• All parent-guardians are required to update their student data for the 2024-25 school year before they are able to access their ParentVUE account. This process ensures that schools have the most up-to-date information about each of your students for this school year.

To update your student data, also referred to as online registration, parent-guardians need to login to their ParentVUE account and select the ‘Update Data for Student(s) already in School’ option.

Please note that online registration needs to be completed on a computer or web browser, and not through the ParentVUE app. Parent-guardians who attempt to update student data on the ParentVUE app will encounter an error message that blocks them from completing the process. Parent-guardians without computer access are welcome to use a computer in their school office.

If you run into any issues with this process, please reference the following tutorial that walks families through the student update process.

Common issues that parent-guardians encounter when completing online registration include:

    • Attempting to register a new student instead of updating data for an existing student. Parent-guardians need to delete the new registration and select the ‘Update Data for Student(s) already in School’ option.
    • Attempting to update online registration through the ParentVUE app. Instead, parent-guardians need to complete the online registration process through a computer or web browser.
    • Forgetting to complete online registration for all students. Student data must be updated for every student before a parent-guardian can access their ParentVUE account.

ParentVUE resources can be found on the district website. If you’re still unable to complete the student data update process, or are unable to access your ParentVUE account for another reason, please contact your school office. Staff are extremely busy this time of year but will provide assistance as soon as possible.
