This course is a continuation of Construction 1, and will provide students with increased knowledge and skills required for

construction of commercial, residential, and institutional structures. Students will start working on larger, more advanced

projects that will require them to utilize some of the design skills they learned in Architecture 1, as well. They will also learn

more about the different types of construction fields and how they collaborate with each other, while continuing to focus on

shop and job site safety practices, the proper use of hand tools, power tools and machinery, accurate measurement,

construction math, and industry vocabulary. Potential Projects: Picnic table, lawn chair, coffee table, etc.
