The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board encourages the use of school district facilities by community members for recreation, education, and service activities. The following categories have been determined in order of priority for district facility use. This priority schedule was created to ensure West Linn-Wilsonville students and community members receive priority for rental space. 

The West Linn-Wilsonville School District uses the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) calendar to determine which sports are in season and which sports are out of season. 

Sports are "In Season" between the first OSAA-designated practice and the last OSAA-designated game or activity. Sports are determined to be "Out of Season" during all other times of the year. You can review the OSAA calendar by visiting the OSAA website.
