Welcome to West Linn High School! Thank you for clicking up this link about affinity groups at WLHS. We are a diverse community with many different groups and clubs to help you find your community. Affinity groups for students of color are working to create community and understanding within our large high school. Our students come from a myriad of cultural backgrounds and experiences; whether you’ve grown up in West Linn or recently immigrated, whether you identify as bi-racial or not, if you identify as a student of color, we invite you to join one or more of our affinity groups affirming and encouraging your identity.
Meeting Times:
2nd Thursday of each month, leadership committee, in the Forum
3rd Thursday of each month, large group meets, in the Forum
Students of Color Affinity Group

About Students of Color Affinity Group: A large and diverse group of students of color with a focus on conversation, learning, and socializing. This group meets once a month and comes together several times a year for in-house field trips. Activities include; cultural sharing, conversations around race, discussion of WLHS culture, what it is like to be a student of color at this school, cultural events, etc.
Make your own!: Don’t see a group that fits you? No problem! We encourage you to start your own. If you’d like to start your own group, contact one of the Equity PLC teachers below.
