Staff Reporting Process

  • West Linn-Wilsonville School District staff can submit a report to the Director of Human Resources if they witness, experience or suspect any of the following:

    • Bias incident
    • Discrimination
    • Sexual Harassment
    • Sexual Misconduct with a student by a staff member (staff member defined as – district employee, volunteer, intern, coach, contractor)
    • Title IX

    Please note for Title IX: Submitting a report does NOT mean a Title IX investigation will occur.  Before anything happens, the Title IX investigator will contact you using the information you provide.  The Title IX investigator will share options for support and interventions, including a Title IX investigation.  The investigator will explain the Title IX process and answer your questions before notifying others or proceeding with an investigation.  You are not committed to any particular path because you submitted this complaint.
