West Linn-Wilsonville Tests all Schools and Facilities for Lead
As part of the Oregon Health Authority's Healthy and Safe Schools Plan, Oregon schools are required to test the quality of drinking water every five years to ensure safety for staff and students. To ensure the safety of drinking water, all 16 West Linn-Wilsonville schools were tested for lead and copper in drinking water in the summer of 2016.
Boones Ferry Primary, Sunset Primary, Meridian Creek Middle School, and Rosemont Ridge Middle School will be tested during the 2018-19 school, and the district's other schools will be tested in subsequent years. The district will test 4-5 schools every year to maintain compliance with the Healthy and Safe Schools Plan. Results of water testing will be updated below as they are completed during the 2018-19 school year.
