The Flight Team is made up of specially trained counselors, nurses, psychologists, and educators who are support the emotional and communication needs of the school building through the time of initial crisis.Resources (Most of these resources are from the red Crisis Resource Manual by Cheri Lovre of the Crisis Management Institute)
